A Message from Coe
To all of the unsung heroes who help out on their own that I am not aware of... I want to make sure you know how much I appreciate you and KGB appreciates you and your kindness. Thank you for helping a fellow listener and human being out there in a most difficult time. You are a real hero. And don't forget the animals caught in this crossfire. Please go to your local shelters and adopt if you can.

We are trying to raise money for our dear friends son and get the word out there anyway we can. We are amazed out how our community has come together to help Parker. . Parker has a very rare type of cancer. He is 6 years old and has been diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer. This has devastated all of us. We are truly heartbroken and reaching out to any one willing to help us raise money for him. Funbelievable in Lakeside, ca has opened their doors for an event for Prayers for Parker. We will be holding a Silent Auction that night to raise money for Prayers for Parker and help get Parker the treatment he needs. The money raised will go directly to Parkers Non-Profit account and will be used for Parker to receive the Surgery he needs by a Neuroblastoma Surgeon in New York.

About Parker:
Parker David Shaw was born on October 23rd, 2006 to first time parents David and Crystal Shaw. The moment they held him in their arms, they were filled with a love they could have never imagined. Parker was also the first grand-baby born to both sets of Grandparents. Needless to say he was a
bit of a celebrity in our now growing family. Parker is a vivacious, active, and special little six year old boy, full of spunk and energy. On Wednesday, April 10th doctors found a tumor above his kidney in his adrenal glands. We were all in shock, and completely devastated to hear that our little man has cancer. He was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma and his cancer had spread to his bones. Our family has made a pact to be strong in our faith and optimism. With all of your love, prayers, and support we know he will conquer this terrible disease! Words cannot describe how thankful we are for all of your generosity and love. God gave Parker the strength to overcome this. His plan has a greater purpose!
Message from Parker's Dad that I had to share:
These past 4 days have felt like my heart, my life, my everything has been pulled from my chest. My heart literally aches and I feel like I just want to run and run and somehow make it go away. I prayed to god, I
even yelled at god. Asking why, and demanding answers. But today something happened. I felt a little better, a sense of comfort came over me as pastor Mark from Foothills Church prayed with me, for Parker, Crystal Shaw and myself. Soon after I stopped by a fundraiser for Parker, and was greeted by Parker's
friends and even some complete strangers who spared no hugs. I again felt this comfort inside. We know there will be tough days ahead but I know now with all of this support, and god by our side , giving us the strength, and courage to my little buddy we're going to be OK.
I love you son, and I will never give up on you! You've taught me to be a man. As hard as it is at this time, as I cry my eyes out while writing this, I watch you be strong and it makes me stronger. You are touching
so many lives and bringing so many people to god. You should be proud of yourself son, because we sure are
If you can find it in your hearts to help us out with a donation of any type for our Silent Auction please mail it to c/o Prayers for Parker , 11350 Valle Vista Road, Lakeside, ca 92040
