So to test out this question and come up with a legitimate answer I am writing this whole post on my Nexus 7. For starters, I’m typing with something like Swipe. The typing, I thought anyway, would really slow me down. As it turns out, it’s actually very fast since you barely take your finger of the keyboard. The part that slowed me down, was the downloading of the photos, and posting from the tablet. But I’m sure that’s just because I’m a noob on this tablet except for surfing and gaming. There is a learning curve just like any other form factor. The Edit button may not be in the same place. The method to copy photos or web links might be different. But just like when I first learned on a normal full size desktop I had to play with the software to learn it. Usually by trial and error. So can real work be done on a tablet? Yes, it most certainly can. The cool thing is, now I won’t have to carry my laptop every I go.

Listec Prompware Plus turns your phone into a teleprompter. You simply type in the title and the text so you don’t forget specific lines that you need to talk about and it’s that easy.

What I really like about this FREE APP, is that you can choose the size, font style and even the speed at which it moves down your screen. It will do more than that but those are the standout features for me personally. It’s great for anyone that wants to host a video segment for entertainment or information…

Two thumbs up for me…

This is an app for your smart phone and a device that you hold in your hand. Every time you eat, this handy electronic fork will track how fast you shovel food into your mouth and how many times it touches your lips. If you over do it, you get a vibration that let’s you and others know that you’re being a porker. They say that the speed you feed matters because eating slower can promote better digestion. You upload the information taken in by the fork, onto your software program and that’s how you track your progress…or your downfall. I say go eat a pizza and let the thing buzz until the cows come home but I found this to be very interesting.
