Hi Coe!

I was referred to you be David "Gator" Wilkins and I'm hoping you can help me. I've attached a picture of a little lady that was found lost on my street, Mandi Lane in Santee last Saturday. Apparently, she was walking around our cul-de-sac most of the day, and most of the neighbors just ignored her. She accosted me at the mailbox and followed me home, probably knowing she found a sucker! Anyway, my next door neighbors have loaned me a large dog bed and gave me some food and she has been staying at my house. We bought more food and treats. She has been well trained, appears to have been well cared for, and she is very quiet and loving. She does not appear to be sick or injured. She has access to both the garage (where it is cool) and outside where she has grass, shade, sun and a waterfall. We are caring for her and giving her attention, but cannot let her inside the house as we have three cats. My neighbor posted a Craig's List ad Saturday evening and I've posted several online. I spent the entire weekend reviewing sites and looking for postings about her. We have driven around looking for signs, but so far no luck.

We will take her today to find out is she is chipped. I don't own a dog, but if I did, and he/she got out I would hope someone would do this for my pet. Can you please post something about this baby girl on your site? She really deserves a good home and I'm starting to wonder if her owner is really away for the weekend, or just no longer interested.
