The psychiatrist who was treating alleged movie theatre shooter James Holmes warned a Univ. of Colorado police officer about his behavior just weeks before the mass shooting. It is not known what the officer did with the information that Dr. Lynne Fenton gave him or if any steps were taken sources at ABC News said after the initial call to campus police, Fenton never filled out any paperwork that would cause the police to detain Holmes. Campus Police often meet with the school's behaviorial evaluatino and threat assessment team.
