Dave, Shelly and Chainsaw want to give you $1,000!

Starting Thursday, December 3 and running through Friday, December 18, the DSC will be giving away a $1,000 each day to San Diegans in need.

If $1,000 could make a difference in your life or the life of someone you know, fill out the form below and tell us in 50 words or less how the money would help. Make sure to include a phone number where you or the person you are nominating can be reached between the hours of 6AM and 10AM, because DSC won't leave a message! One entry per person, please.
